Hcareers is a well-known brand among an older audience, so our goal - especially on Instagram and TikTok - was to create brand awareness for the Millennial and Gen Z audience.
On our LinkedIn channel, we wanted to speak directly to our B2B audience, with the goal of lead generation and reintroducing Hcareers as a technology solutions partner rather than just a job board.

The channels were used to position the company as industry experts on all things nutrition, public relations, and social media, as well as show our company culture to attract new talent.
