Hcareers’s Fit Score Survey helps to match candidates to their best-fit job based on their desired salary range, skills, and desired company culture. We wanted to increase the awareness and amount of surveys taken.

We wanted to reach as many candidates as possible, including those who are not as familiar with Hcareers. I decided to tie in Valentine’s Day to play off of matching with your perfect fit.
