We used the email channel for retention and brand loyalty. When I took over the email channel, we only communicated through daily job alerts and a weekly newsletter.
I created the welcome series to explain all of the features and benefits of an Hcareers profile, with the goal to increase completed profiles and uploaded resumes.
I also created a re-engagement journey for any accounts that had been inactive since before the pandemic, since many hospitality professionals lost their jobs or changed industries.
B2B Email
Our B2B email strategy wasn’t very active when I took over the channel, so I created a few different journeys and campaigns to revive the strategy.
We utilized this channel for new product launches, event invitations, and an introduction journey our sales team could use to reach out to leads quickly and efficiently.
I also created a quarterly employer newsletter to keep our clients, and past clients updated on our latest survey insights, relevant blog content, and interesting industry data.
